Hello from Canada eh! I have been turning pens since 2005.

Not a pro by any stretch of the imagination but some of my stuff is pretty good, even if I do say so myself.

I look forward to sharing tips and admiring the beauty within wood.

The Moose WAS anatomically correct when first placed for viewing. Poor guy had an orange scrotum more times than could be counted. So he got clipped.

I never saw the orange, but did see blue quite often once the weather turned. It's been almost three years since I've been back though.

I went to Aldersgate college back in the early 70's.... in Moose Jaw. It's gone now. I just remember wonderful people in the town, a cafe with great pie, and it being really flat and really, really COLD!

No, we did not. I don't think we were even aware of it (I can be very oblivious).
