Moisture Meters & Stabilizing?

I guess I need to know the moisture content to do a good job with Cactus Juice. What meters do an adequate job without breaking the bank? thanks

I use this one for $30.. Shop General Tools & Instruments Digital Temperature Meter at Lowes.com
Had it a while and seems to do a good job. It measures very closely to higher level meters.

And I try to get moisture down to at least 5% - 8%

I have te same one. It woks for me when stabilizing with CJ or casting in Alumilite.
