Mini 2 shaft lathe

I have the PSI version. It works but it is cheap junk (my .02). I'm considering the Foredom 3280 combo. Would most likely buy it "Prime" from Amazon unless I find a quality vendor. Is there something comparable for le$$ or go for the Foredom. Would like to know how the dust collector is... most small units like the one shown are not the greatest...especially with the rags wheels used. Comments please. Thanks
