I am interested in creating pen blanks with pictures. I see no current information on this web site or on most other web sites. I like to do this idea, but since very few people seem to do it, I am puzzled on just to go about it. I am trying to do it within Microsoft Publisher 2024. If anyone fancy doing a short tutorial on the matter that would a great help to me many others like me.

If you are talking about labels there are various tutorials in library here. As far as the program you may have to look up that program and watch their videos to get basics down. I am sure there are videos. There are videos of just about everything these days. I bought a new smart phone 2 weeks ago and have no idea how to use it. Looked it up and there are a ton of videos showing how to use for beginners. The internet is a special place. Sometimes good and sometimes not so good.

I use a whole bunch of photo editing tools, but I do use MS Publisher (2013) to paste my final image into and then I print from that. As gbpens stated, Mark Dryer has some excellent tutorials like this one, Label Prep for Casting. For the most part I follow his step-by-step procedure to get things ready even though I use Publisher instead of MS Word like Mark does. I do however, use Photoshop Elements like Mark does, because I already had it on my computer.
