The biggest task in making this table is to get the 15 dovetail grooves cut into this Baltic birch plywood. I used my Benchdog router table extension and my table saw fence. I also used the Microjig straight bit and their dovetail bit too. That's been a good call for me with perfect dovetails so far. I'll roughly sand the beautiful table top that came with it rather than monkey with all the screw inserts that came with the 46"x24" Husky table. A shame but so be it. I'll make vertical boards for the sides soon. I chose not to mess with the elevation crank and will only use a partial vertical board in the front. There will be a long vertical on one side as others have used.
