I've found that if you have a local woodcraft, they have the larger size at a really good price.

wood-n-whimsies has the best price by about 1.50 a set, plus they will sell individual sheets so you can replace just the dead ones, not the whole set!

I purchase from International Violin Co. Sheets are $4 and 2x2 pads are $1. The sheets are large enough to get 3 or 4 strips the size of the ones that come in the kits that Woodcraft sells. I think they are 6x8 and I get 4 2x6 strips from each sheet.
