The website is already showing the prices at a 1/2 off. The only other thing that I noticed was that they increased the price on some of their items then give you the sale price. Example I bought a lb of Deep Russet 2 months ago for $39.90 and now with the 50% off is $33.48. Hmmm.......

I did notice that. Unfortunately, it was a week ago. The day after my order arrived, I thought about them having a Black Friday Sale. I'm the master of bad timing. But back to your post. I did see the price on 8 ounce items had been increased on some items. In fact on several, it was cheaper to buy 8 1 ounce containers rather than 8 ounces that they but in a zip lock bag.
 
thanks i guess they raise the price so much then 1/2 off and still around the same price i paid for it at reg. price...
 
I just got off the phone with customer service and "YES" , the site is down due to matience. She said it would be back up shortly. This is at 4:10 EST. I tried to place an order over the phone but she said all orders would have to be placed online. That's a bunch of bull. I think they are doing the maintence now to keep orders from coming in. That's not right.
 
Yea the site went online at 10am every thing still in basket -- order went through after trying for 2 days. Good luck.

I got an order in on Thursday evening. Site was crashing and it took some time but I did get everything I wanted and the lower prices. My wife was asking why things were coming up in the cart lower than listed, I said they must be changing them and why the site would crash. Last error I got was the site was going under maintenance. Sure enough the next day (Friday) I got a notice my order was ready to ship and a second email about lower prices. I do know the items I got were lower, I had been watching and making a list.
 
I finally got an order in this afternoon. 1st time ordering anything from them. It was a hassle but I hope its worth it. I ordered alot of the 1oz. samples.
 
I've been calling them all morning. All I get is a busy signal. My PayPal has been charged, but the message I got was that the order didn't go through, and all items are still in the shopping cart. I hope this doesn't become a problem.
 
I like their products, but they don't seem to an "Above Board" company to deal with. They could have plenty of business if they were a reliable company.

I called again today because I thought that it should be done processing. I was told it can take 48 to 72 business hours to process. She made sure I understood that 72 business hours = 9 days. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.
