I am VERY pleased by the customer support and the product that I recieved from them. I had some questions about the laser engraved boxes, He answered me the same day, I sent him another email to order, same day he got me the paypal form. You mentioned boxes? I went on the their site and didn't see any. Were these boxes you sent to them for engraving or did they build them to your specs?

I'm a big fan of Stan's. He has done done engraving for me twice now that required expert use of the rotary attachment - and his work was spot-on. He also has quick turn-around and good communications.
