What type of pen blanks do they prefer? Are they in TBC camp or mandrel and bushings? Do they say "kitless" or "bespoke?" Do they use a dedicated pen press, or some other method (must not elaborate ad nauseum)? What is their CA finishing process? Carbide or HSS?
