Maple Pen Boxes

Couuld someone tell me where the best place is to get the solid maple pen boxes?

I think by default they come with an insert that fits a euro, and Bill sells custom inserts seperately for other pen kits....

Thanks Lyle, but the ones I need are just the solid maple with the routed groove to hold the pen. A lady bought a couple pens and wants that particular box.

CSUSA carries the maple Lift Box. The lift box almost sells itself once the buyer sees how they work. You can buy less expensive pens, but 95% of those that see them that are looking at buying a box, go with a lift box. At least of my customers that is.
