Just couldn't stand it any longer-----I have these monster cherry blocks that keep talking to me--- every time I walk by I hear them---I shut one up today.----:wink:

Impressive lathe size you got there, I hope you aren't doing pens on it what size motor does that "beast" runs on?

When it comes to "chucks" wow, that's a "mother in law" just there...! with jaws that big and strength, I would be feeling pretty safe to turn almost anything...!

Making big curls out of green wood... yeah..., makes a man/women, kid, dog, cat, bird feel good. Did I miss anyone...???:biggrin:

Here's what she looks like off the lathe----it may be a while before I can get her done--- right now she gets to rest for awhile.
I would call this a 15 by 8 -----it's a little bigger but not much
