Makes me feel good.....

Got an e-mail today from a former customer in Michigan. We have moved away from there about a year ago and I had sold her pens on several occasion at craft shows. Now she is in need for a pen and send an e-mail
to the e-mail address she had on a business card she kept (we were able to keep our e-mail address, and now I know that was a smart move).
Here is what she wrote, made me feel good and upped my spirits today:

"Happy Holiday Season!

Rudolf,

I don’t know if you remember me but I have purchased several pens from you in the past. I have been looking for another pen with the quality of yours with absolutely not success. If you are still in this market and you have some available would you please respond to this e-mail.

Denise C."

I got a chance to see a pen I had made over a year ago. The plating and finish on the pen were great and she told me she uses it every day. Made me feel good, too! Congrats!
