Mailmans Pen

I gave our mailman a pen for Christmas. Yesterday,he stops and says,"man I just love that pen you gave me",it's just the right size and writes really well,where can I get a refill for it"? I tell him Office Depot or any office supply store. Not remembering what style of pen I gave him,I told him how to remove the refill. He comes by here today and has a big ink stain on his shirt pocket. Said he went by Office Depot and,they didn't have that type(Schaefer).So I told him to try Staples or another OS store. If he doesn't find one,guess I'll have to order some. I told him to bring it by tomorrow,I may have some here. It's things like this that don't help much when you're trying to sell some of these things.:redface:

You may want to give them a little piece of paper that you type on your comp. about the care and refilling and where to find refill for the pen you sell, also remind them that they can also get it form you too (repeat visits?). That should boost your image and also another chance for them to call you or stop by for other friends they have.
