Well we made it home alive. Went to Hilton Head SC this past week and only seen 1 alligator. First one i have ever seen in the wild. It was about 6 or 7 footer. It was floating in a inlet along the road. Like a bunch of dummys my soninlaw and I jump out to get a picture. But I guess he was just as afraid of us or he was hiding and waiting for us to get closer and he sunk like a rock. There were houses all around us. If I lived down there I wouldnt leave the house after dark. Also seen a couple sharks and acouple stingrays. Had a great time we hated to leave.

I had a home in Bradenton Fl and anytime early in the morning you could see dozens of 12 and 15 footers sunning on the banks on I-75 going to Miami ( In early spring when it starts to warm up)

I was going to go to Florida, but there is oil on the beaches in Florida and I don't want to have to spray myself with degreaser. I think I'm going to go visit Aaron in Hawaii. Hopefully next year I will be a US citizen and then I can maybe go over to England and teach Steve how to make a real pen.:smile-big:

OK I seen in a earlier message you was thinking of going to Hilton Head. Would give you a few good places to eat and go to. We had never been there before and by the time we was ready to leave we had figured out the place. Its a semi layed back place. There is lost to do for the kids in areas and there are areas that are nice and quiet.
