There is actually some guy right around here that makes some cow poop pens. While I haven't seen them nor do I know where he gets the blanks (or if he casts them himself) I have seen them listed in a brochure for the store.... as I recall a craft co-op on Rt1 in Belfast.

As far as I'm concerned he can have that whole market. :biggrin:
 
I would use something smaller like deer poop, elk poop or rabbit poop, maybe mouse poop. Years ago it was popular to make jewelry out of elk and deer poop by dipping them in resin.

Yea, I can't see a crap pen to be a good seller... Then again if this guy has in in a catalog he me be on to something. I wonder which co-op it is, there are a few around rt 1.

From what I recall about the manure guy...the manure needs to be of proper consistency to cast it properly. You have to visually inspect each patty to see what the cow at and drank that day to determine if the product will work. Maybe it isn't a "crappy" idea, but I still think spinning the pen would be a "crappy" experience!
 
Not much of a surprise here, many, many years ago, Japanese tourists were going mad and paying very good money for Koala turds casted in clear resin, the ones they like the most were the keyring and the neckless pendent.

That would given them good luck and fortune, they would say...!:eek:
I wish that they would be as keen with kangaroo turds, I would get them by the track full...!

I've just though of something, I have plenty of factory tanned kangaroo skins of red and grey roo species, what about rap a tube in some of this stuff and cast it with clear resin...??? and yes, my skins are all legal...!:wink:

Some have they winter coat which mean they have long fur, but the tails on all of them have very short fur, hummmm.....:foot-in-mouth:

Everyone knows Kangaroo poop Jewelry is well known. This Jewelry promotes health and Virility as well as fights off hunger!!!!!! I bet you put that spin on it it will sell.
