Looking for boxes for desk sets

I wondered if any one knew where to get gift boxes that would hold a Pen, Letter Opener and a Magnifying glass? I know where to get them that hold a pen and a Letter opener but has any one seen them that would hold all three pieces?? No hurry I just need it before Friday
