to all IAP members:

this is the angry pirate's wife...i miss my husband. :frown: i'm quite glad all of you are getting to know him and are able to enjoy his company and the man i once knew. I am surprised at times his fingers leave this keyboard long enough to actually make a pen! i can pick his pens out of a group and the back of his head out of a crowd...but, sad to say, the memory of his face is getting a bit blurry. :confused:

So sorry, Mrs Pirate.

As a wife and a penturner, I have the best of both worlds, I get to spend time with my husband while we're turning pens.

I, for one, will try to limit the amount of time I take away from you.

However, I do have one question...


Do you know that your husband is insane??? Or is this a recent developement from spending so much time on the computer?

Pirate, go give your wife a hug and spend some time with her. It will be well worth it. The lathe and computer won't complain (or call a lawyer).
 
This is how my wife and I are sometimes.....we have two computers in our office (couldn't converge to one computer after college, had to keep both!), and often we'll both be in the room forum-ing and facebook-ing separately.....I'm on here and she's looking up American Idol spoilers....go figure. Maybe we'll take the desks and back them up to each other in the middle of the room that way we'll at least be facing each other.....dorm style!!!:biggrin:

Oh, and tell Paul I'd like to stick a pen in the back of his Avatar in a crowd....it creeps me out!:eek:
 
Word of Advice: if she does lawyer up, consider who gets the Lathe and who gets the Computer...
 
My wife was lonely to..... She said that she "got over it". It also appears that she got over me because she filed for divorce :frown:
 
You know, Paul, someone recently sent me an email that had a bunch of weird pics and one of them was your avatar so for a second, I thought it was from you.

Buy your wife some flowers, print out a picture of yourself and put it with the flowers, instead of the little card.
 
if I put a picture of myself with the flowers, they would all die. I chose my avatar because I wanted everyone to think I was sexier than I really am. now everyone knows it really isn't me. I'm so ashamed!:redface:
