I spray painted tube black and let dry for 48 hrs. Logo was just printed off on regular printer paper from printer and the cut edges where touched up with a Sharpie permanent market to hide white edges exposed from cutting and also let dry for a few days. Then coated tube with Mod Podge to glue logo down. After this dried I re-coated tube and logo with another coat of Mod Podge and let dry. Cast in polyester casting resin from BG ARtforms. Turned just fine.

You can see that I am getting lots of black color bleed over int the white edge.
Would changing over to aluminate work better?

This is a pen I designed for my local MS150 Bike ride fundraising.

Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Bob
