I thought I had run across and saved a listing of pen kits and their respective ink cartridge required, of course the weak memory is now located in my discarded scrap barrel so please tell me I'm not totally wacko!!!

I recently moved from AZ to minnesota. During the move muchit of my pen making stuff got dumped in my Suv scatering it in all directions. I have gotmost put back together but cannot figure out which bushing and tubes go with the field click pen. Turner warehouse said there is no instruction for that pen. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
