I just had to post a quick anecdote concerning my recent purchase with Ed and Dawn (exoticblanks). I had never ordered from them before, but saw that they were going to make a donation to IAP for everything ordered during the anniversary celebration. My nephew loves all things snakes, so I decided to go ahead and order a couple of Sierra prairie rattler blanks from them. First, they processed the order immediately and it went out the next morning. Problem, though, USPS lost the package somewhere. I contacted Dawn to let her know, and two days later I receive a package from Exoticblanks containing two new Sierra casts. They just decided to EAT the cost of the package that USPS lost. What's more, there was a gorgeous piece of Alt. Ivory in the package.

NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

I will definitely do business here again.

So here's my admonition to each of you . . . write your favorite "vendor coming through" story here and let's tell them how much we appreciate them supporting us and supporting IAP.

Yep, Dawn has really taken care of me. I love the snakeskin blanks. I tried to order one of everything my last order but I think I missed a few. I should take of that oversight, lol. Excellent service, fast shipping, I am a customer for life.
 
Since you brought the subject up , I'll put my little bit in too . Fact is , they don't come any better , IMO . And if you should catch them on a good night , you may be in for a good time with some humorous emails . I do regret I still have a box of blanks from Dawn untouched , including the Bakelite blank . Just waiting for my skills to honed a bit more . Thanks Ed & Dawn !
 
I think it has to do with something that's NOT in the WATER there in RACINE!

Yep, if Lou is the 57 Chevy Classic, Ed is the 64 Falcon Futura! Rag Top, jacked in the back with Traction Package! In Bright Metallic Blue !

Well I placed my first order with DAWN as I have to believe Ed when he says she does all the work. I found a way to keep Ed busy, all you have to do is underline a word and he clicks on it and sits back waiting for a link to come up! Keeps him busy for hours :biggrin::eek:
It is a good thing Dawn is watching over the business...
