Can be done aka DIY? It's small but annoying. Had the car serviced and guess they oops'd.
I could have it professional done but I like to try if I can get the proper adhesive. Has anyone tried and done a good repair? Thanks.

On mine they used a soft epoxy color matched first gluing it down, letting it dry, then touching up the tear. The color matching is a little off and it is visible, but not noticeable and will prevent it from getting worse for a while. His comment was when this happens fix it quick as the leather will begin to shrink and open up if not sealed back up quickly. There are kits available at Walmart and the like, but in all honesty my body shop/window tinting guy charged the same price as the kit would have cost.

You may be able to get a toothpick and some contact cement. Put a little under the tear, let it sit for a few minutes and press it down. Contact cement will hold leather very good.

I used one of those vinyl repair kits that came with various colors and little texture sheets. It worked but the color was a little off so the repair wasn't invisible but I think I'm the only one that could see it - because I knew it was there. - Dave
