Thanks for sharing. Many many years ago I was a CPR instructor. Everyone on IAP I hope takes the time to watch this. It did take some time to load but it could save the life of your spouse or someone else. Thanks again for the link.

In high school we learned and got CPR Cert.
It has been years for me. For a family member or friend I know I would do anything possible. Not that long ago I was out at dinner and a woman yelled "Help, someone". There had to be 75-100 people there and it was quiet when she yelled. Her 8-10 year old was choking "no air flow" and no one moved to help but me. I got 3 steps and the kid was able to get it out before I got there. I was happy the kid got it out but more happy I didnt have to help.
You do need to know that alot of people have been sued for causing injury (broken ribs, punctured lung) when trying to save someones life. We all know the saying "No good deed goes un punished."

I used to be a paramedic, CPR/First Aid instructor... CPR is always useful even if think you're not doing it perfect, CPR gave us a good chance at saving a number or people... without it, not so much.
