I have a Delta 46-460 and a while ago someone posted a link where you could buy square locking washers for the banjo and tail stock to replace the round ones that come with it. They sometimes creep and the square ones were reportedly better a locking the two in place anyone remember that web site link?

They are also not too hard to make if you know someone with the right tooling. I had a few members of my AAW chapter over to my shop on Sunday and we spent the day making square clamp blocks for Jet Minis and between center bushings for various kits. Someone with a heavier duty machinery than I have could make them much faster.
