I have been experimenting with labels and casting over - but it seems I always get a line where the two ends of the label meet. Are there methods to hide the line?

I don't try to butt the edges. I overlap them just a little.
I use a black background when possible or at least a black border around the artwork. I then use a black marker and color the edge of the label that is overlapped with the marker and this helps hide the "seam". Other color backgrounds or borders are difficult to match with an exact match. White is the next best choice.
Maybe these examples will help.
Do a good turn daily!

What quarters? :wink::biggrin:

He makes quarter blanks...... And although I took a handful of quarters to the last pen meeting I didn't get a quarter blank. :confused: I didn't quite understand I was perfectly willing to replace the quarters and it was a no go. :frown:
