Hi All,
I just finished a transaction with Lou and I can see why he is on the "Most Valuable Vendor" list. I responded to his topic on pen boxes for sale. He replied to my PM within less than 15 minutes. We had the whole transaction done in less than an hour and I had a confirmation from Paypal with shipping info in it. He also updated his post with a "sold" sign on it almost immediately. That lets others know not to proceed further.
Great bossiness practices. Thanks You Lou. You treated me the way I like to treat others. Make a promise and keep it. Kudos!

Steve - Thank you for your kind and very generous words. I, like you, try my best to treat others as I would like to be treated. We are fortunate to have so many suppliers on this site who go that extra mile for us. I appreciate you including me in that group. [8D]
 
I received the tubes and acrylic cases today. They are exactly what he promised, and exactly what I needed. They arrived quickly, packaged well and in great shape (clean and scratch free).
