Knife Makers

Hello GUys...... am wondering if there is a web site where people post their works on kinfe handle making etc.......

I've had someone send me their blades wanting handle and sheath made...... however, i havent the foggiest idea how to go about doing it...... actually..... i have already sent the blades back...... but would still like to learn how you guys go about building the handles......

Any help would be appreciated.....

I don't make knives but a quick Google search returned this page which has a nice step-by-step tutorial of how this guy does it.

There is a website called allaboutpocketknivescom. there are several knife make there and they are all very nice people. I am a member there, and you too can join just like here, free. Try it you will like it.

Loads and loads of info on these sites.

Handles aren't particularly difficult, but sheaths can be incredibly complicated to create depending on the style and choice of material. I typically take the easy way and make sheaths from Kydex - but some folks take the easy way and make sheaths from leather. :biggrin:
