Kinda cool looking 3D mistake

Still learning the whole resin / dye mixture thing. This time I didn't add enough green dye to the mix but it created a kinda cool 3D effect with the pine cones. Probably old hat to you guys. Any ideas on how to improve the look of this are appreciated. Maybe painting the tube green or white?

I like the idea! Reverse paint the drilled hole in whatever color you want and watch that thing explode with color.

I always paint the tube or the inside of the blank. Sometimes when the tube shows through it might not look too bad but other times it does. For those that know what their looking at will also think you skipped a step. My opinion is it's best to always paint. As far as what color I'll paint the tube white for stamps or bone and I'll try to use a color that will accent resins or snake skins.
