Really nice Ron, both the site and your work. I have to echo Fangar's comment though about the loading time. I have a T1 line at work and it took a while to finish loading. I'll give it a try from home which is a lot slower and see how it is.
 
Thanks about the comments on my turnings.

The site was loading fast yesterday, I think the server where my site is parked must be a little slow today. Thanks for the heads up!

I'm on standard DSL and it loaded well-not blinding, but there is a lot there!!

Your work is great, but you knew that! The photography is excellent. If your purpose is "just showin' off", it's great. If you'd like to sell something, I didn't immediately see how I could buy????

You asked for feedback, and you know me, always looking for a way to sell what I have so I can make more!!!
 
After going to a couple of other sites, I don't think the problem is your server. I placed an order with Ernie and it took more than 15 minutes to buy 4 things. I think the problem is my server.
 
I had the same reaction as Ed. Wow, I like it. What does it cost, and how do I order one? Make it as easy for the customer as you can.
 
Agree with ED looks great but how can I order and what is the price, unless you just want to show your work which is fantastic as you know

Just checked back in. Must have been the server for a bit. It loads fine now. Very nice photography and presentation. Price for me is a hard thing too as really it varies so much. I think you might be able to get away with some price ranges or strating at prices. I would still require a contact for each piece, other than current items for sale. Keep it up.

Thanks Folks, Based on some sugestions, I made some design changes.

As to prices, well, this website is more of a brochure. If someone is interested in purchasing something, there is a way to contact me. Thanks for the input on this, it was a tough decision to go this route.

Wow, you've got some major skills. I think it is very classy, yet functional, like your work. My web site is garbage. I can't figure out how to work it. I did much better with html.

I agree that I would probably put prices on your page. That thing where you put the cursor over an object and sub text comes up, could be the material and the price, without cheapening the site, IMHO. I've never targeted upscale customers before though, which will have to change, if I'm going to sell my own works eventually. Overall, I'd say A+.

I made some major changes since I first post this thread and you may have been the first to see the updates.

I really like your idea about the hover text. In matter of fact I made some changes because of your suggestion, Thanks.

I may yet add pricing, I have some goals I'm working towards and I was given advise that pricing may hurt these goals. If they don't work out then I'll add some pricing.
