Great find. You probably saved some bucks because they didn't take the time to clean it a little bit at least. I'm sure it will work good and it's probably the best brand available.

The seller told me that he tested it at 90PSI with no leaks and that the unit was clean inside. The outside does make it look bad but shouldn't effect the performance of the tank. I hope it all works out but if not I have an expensive trash can for my shop.

Does anyone know if you modify a Binks tank the same way that the HF ones are done? Thanks.
