Some of you may know about my Dad, I had left a note in my sander mill sale post just to explain that I would not have a ton of time to work in the shop last weekend and for a few days. I recieved a couple e-mails wishing well and those of you that did, I do appreciate them.

My Dad is doing well, and he is stable and off the ventilator now. I suppose I should explain, Huh?.. Sunday night my Dad was brought into the ER via ambulance for what turned out to be a case of Punomina and un-diagnosied COPD from his years of smoking. These beat him down and he had a mild heart attack. He was seditaded from Sunday until Thursday and just today came off the ventilator and is stable. It's been a bit of a scare to say the least and my poor Mom was a wreck...

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and fill in the rest of "the gang" as to why I have been a bit scarse this week. Yesterday when I turned that dip pen was about the first time I had been in my shop since last weekend. :)

Lee,

I'm so very glad your father has made positive progress and is on the road to recovery! We'll keep all of you in our prayers and hope that the worst is now over! You know you can always give a yell if you need anything.

[:X] Mrs.

Thanks guys...

And Billy, don't feel bad about missing it, I didn't want to post up until we knew more. I just was not sure how much work I would be able to do in my shop and wanted to give a heads up to anyone checking the status of thier mill.

lee, i'm glad to hear your pop is doing better, those damn cigarettes can cause some scary problems... i hope he has a good recovery. i'll be keeping you and your family in my thoughts.

Lee, A little late but my thought and prayers are with your Dad, family and you. Nice to know everything has taken a turn for the better.

Lee, you shouldn't go it alone. Let us know when you need support. Glad there's a turn for the better and hope for continued improvement.

Lee, I missed that post and I'm sorry. Please know that your father, and family, will remain in our prayers!

Lee, I missed your post also. Sorry your Dad and family had such a stress filled week but equally glad things are looking better.

Well we went up to the ER to visit Dad today and he looked great. He was sitting in a chair and talking up a storm. He "might" even go home sometime mid-week.

Thanks again for all the kind words y'all, we do appreciate it! :)

I am praying for your father's healing and health. Take care of him and don't worry about things here. Sorry I missed this post originally.

I'm glad to hear that he is doing well. I hope that his health continues to improve. I also hope that your mom is doing ok as well. I know how stressful it can be at times like this for her, as well as you and the rest of your family. I'll keep you all in my prayers.
