I gave a friend a casing pen the other day and in return he brought these to me yesterday:D

Steve,I'll keep you in mind after i get them cut and see how many usable blanks i get,Gerry i probably will,he said there's more coming.
 
Eagle,did'nt notice that till it was already up,need to redo my camera date or is it the 11'th day of the 14th month,everyone else,they come from a deer processing place,not gonna say where[:)]
 
I have a co-worker who's son was dropping off something at a Taxidemist and while there got to talking about making antler pens. The Taxidermist told him to just go take all he wanted in the back room. I would imagine they throw alot out or save them like this guy did.

Taxidermist, or butcher? My bet's on butcher. And what's so small about the gloat? They still stink, don't they?! I still have the rack from my first, a 6 pointer, and my wife doesn't like it out in the open, so it'll become pens some day too.

If they have recently been harvested make sure you let them dry for a few months before you make anything out of them. If you don't you will later wish you had.

Ryan,all but three are from last years harvest so i have plenty to play with,Rob,yep they stink for sure,hope the shot works for you,i've had three so far and the last was almost three years ago.
