Just a simple thing

I just wanted to turn something and didn't have much time. The handle on this has been bothering me for a long time now. So bye-bye to that cheap, ugly, lightweight, short handle. I measured the threads, found a bolt in the bin, cut the head off and grabbed a Bocote blank. Nothing fancy, but I got a little lathe therapy out of it. Finished with 2 coats of Pens Plus.

Good job with the resourcefulness of your choices and method of putting it all together. I like the bulbous ends also.

I still feel that it would have been a good idea to hollow out the bottom of the handle and add some more weight to balance it a bit better.
