Jr Emperor is such a nice unique kit, why would you want a substitute? That is a classy kit and commands big$$.
The Majestic line is an equivalent I guess.

Like Cris linked above, I think the jr emperor diameter is the same as most Jr pen sets. The difference is the bushings. Tube length might be a little longer or shorter depending on the sets but you can accommodate that by stretching the spring in the lower pen body.

MOST junior bodies slope. The Jr emperor (and abraham) does not.
Diameter of tubes is .4 and .36 as are most other juniors. As John said, length can be managed by changing spring length (in rollerball)
