I'm a big fan of these Celticus Pen Kits -(even though I usually don't like blingy pens)
I'm just wondering if anyone has ever found a good / easy solution for the threading issue on the Jr Celticus
It's a known issue - and JImmy at Woodenpro does send 2 kits so that you can use both kits to make one post properly, but has anyone found a better solution so as not to waste one kit?

Can you substitute the same part from another Jr. style kit? Obviously it will render the canibalized kit useless, but it will give you the ability to finish one of the undeniably best looking Jr. kits.

I bet that is a good plan, but I was hoping someone already knew which kit to canabalize - or better yet, somewhere to buy just the threaded part!

If it takes the same size as other jr. kits, I wonder if a supplier might have some spare parts around? They do sometimes ship replacement parts when customers have a bad finish or something like that. The only concern there would be that many kits, even different batches from the same manufacturer, can have slight differences in the finish color.
