Hello,

I haven't been on here to terribly long, and I've made a few posts and been at woodworld when your may meeting was about to start. Just wondering of there's any requirements to attending or how do thongs work. Most everything I've learned is self taught besides trial and ERROR. I enjoy turning and the end results except when the ca finish doesn't finish right. If anyone can help out with some info, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The next meeting will be Nov. 3rd. At woodworld.

We will be doing an exchange slightly different from the blank exchange. I will post more info in the coming weeks to let everyone know.

I live just down the road in richardson and, while not at the expert level many on this site are, I have used CA/Blo finish virtually exclusively for several years. Feel free to PM me if you would like to get together to go over my method or ask questions.

While Steve is just UP the road from you I am just DOWN the road from you.

I am not expert on the CA finish but occasionally I can get a nice one, if you want to see my way let me know.
