At about 9am this morning I was informed that I may become supervisor of the site I work for. At 6pm this evening I was informed that I was becoming the supervisor effective Monday.

Thanks, I hope it is a good move, if you look at the numbers I get a huge pay raise... but I loose night and Sunday bonuses. so it amounts to about a dollar an hour raise, and a lot more work to do. which means less time on the forums.

More work. More headaches. More personnel issues. More gray hairs. More in the annual bonus. Congratulations. There will probably be days when you wish you were not the boss but the 'positive' experiences tend to outweight the negatives.
