Jig for scalloped pens

A couple years ago I read an article about a jig for cutting blanks for scalloped pens, and I thought it was on this site but now I can't find the article. If this sounds familiar to anyone and you know the article, I would appreciate if you could send me the link.

I have a good idea on how to make the cuts, but I would really like to read that article again.

If that tutorial is no longer available or was not on this site, any tips on cutting the scallops is appreciated.
