Yes, it's exactly the same. We just used one single flavor, strawberry. I bet lemon would be very good too.

Regular Jello or sugar free? I would say regular. Will copy and print for the family.
Orange color would be good for "pumpkin" cookies.

We didn't use sugar free. Some artificial sweeteners don't work well for baking.
