Hi all,
Just stopped in to give an update and little information on how we are doing.
Sorry I have not been active much lately, I have been working extra hours to pay off the medical, travel expense and another other related expenses with Kelly's cancer. Kelly is doing great, on our last visit to MD Anderson in December they did a needle biopsy on a spot in her neck they were concerned with. The results were good, no cancer cells found. They called it an over active lymph node due to the open space in her neck from the removal of the others. Her tongue is healing well with very slight speech issues and she does fine eating. March will be 1 year from diagnosis.
I finally turned a pen for a physical therapist the month of December, first one in many months. I am still working extra hours to pay off the bills, every 3 months we get a new set from MD Anderson for the follow up visits and for travel expenses. So I am not able to get much play time in the shop as well as my health has been poor this last month due to stress I am guessing.
Finally, we found out that Santa left us a present last month with a card saying do not open for 9 months. :bulgy-eyes:
:biggrin: If she gives me any more excitement before the 1 yr mark on her cancer I am going to lose it. :wink: I will post when we find out what were having.
Monty thanks for reminding me I have not been around. I will try to do better.
