I placed an order with Arizona Silhouette very late on Friday night. It showed up in Virginia TODAY! I guess that extra 15-cents makes a difference to the US Postal Service.

That is ok, we got one from DC yesterday that was shipped on Friday. Even had a hand written note in it. Some folks just go that extra mile.

That is SERVICE from all the parties. You guys are very fortunate!! A flat rate Priority env was shipped to me on 24 April by CSUSA and I am still waiting. It prob reached South Africa around 26/27 April.[B)][V]

I'm sure it's more a credit to AS' excellent customer service than the Postal Service's - Charlotte is normally a black hole when it comes to either inbound or outbound mail - but regardless, I certainly appreciate the efforts by everyone involved...

I know that BB bends over backwards to get the orders out before he hangs up the phone or prints out the order from the internet.(At least it seems like)

When was the last time anybody on the forum was talking about UPS or FEDEX like this?
I remember a lot more conversations that contained a lot of animosity toward those other companies.
