First, it was our first grandchild then daughter #2 became a Marine. I don't know if I can handle another month of blessings like this one.

To all you who posted encouragement to my daughter, especially the Marines, she wants me to post this reply:

"I am sincerely grateful for your support and I am more than honored to defend our country. I only hope to uphold your high standards and make you proud."

LOML and PFC Amber on graduation day (May 18) Parris Island.

Two quick notes.... Amber did the last two weeks, including the Crucible, with a broken foot and.. A Maple Burl Sierra Pen, no matter how well made, will not survive the Crucible. DAMHIKT
