I would suggest something wrong with your browser or something in ISP blocking from your end. I used to experience this on a rare occasion. Try using a different computer or a different browser.

dump your internet cache, and temp files, close your browser and restart, and revisit the site, that usually helps

Will clear up about 95% of browser problems. I always erroneously ass-u-me that's already been done. []

Just in case you have had any hardware changes recently.
I continue to have a problem connecting to only their site, but I have determined that it is the firewall on my new BELKIN wireless router that I have had for a month.
If I go into the Router settings and turn off the firewall I get through no problem.
I have had no resolution from BELKIN.
