If something like this is what you have in mind I could make some.

Don't know what the shipping overseas would be though.

was looking for something similar to this, i was hoping to get very little of the green and orange into the white as i wanted to get it engraved with either, Èire, a shamrock or harp

That could be done also. All I have to do is pour the next color after the previous has gelled. The question now is, do you want the sections to run lengthwise or crosswise on the pen

Does it need to be acrylic/poly? Have you considered wood? Here's green, clear, and orange curly maple on a sierra tube...........

And here's another done with Holly instead of clear Maple for the center- gives it a little whiter look. Has the first in the pic as well for comparison.

I haven't cast that color scheme yet. Shame, Shame, considering that me mudder is from county Cork. There are several "Downes" pubs scattered around the island also.

I don't have a good Irish green on hand. I have attempted to order some several times from artstuf and they were always out of stock. I do have a couple of liquid green dyes that are untried in PR. The orange might also be a challenge, I am rather picky about color match. At least I'm not always happy with the way some blanks turn out...........Maybe a stout or two would help! I take it you want the colors opaque?

I'll make up some prototypes and post them for you. By opaque he means a blank that has a solid color. Some colors come out transparent and as you turn it the tube shows through. These shouldn't, still it would be a good idea to paint the the tube before you glue it in.

I've used model paints and fingernail polish, I've heard some use any kind of spray paint for metal. The main thing is to make sure the paint has plenty of time to dry, if you try to glue too soon and are using CA it will dissolve the paint. Many also recommend painting the inside of the blank to prevent the glue from showing. Since I use epoxy to glue my tubes I add some of the pigment I used to make my blank to the glue when I'm mixing it.

Yep, that's good advice there. I personally like the iridescent look to a pen blank. I don't know that a pearly Irish flag would look right, unless you are selling it to a lady.
