...to settle a debate between my wife and I. This is just for fun so here it is:

Concerning brownies, do you prefer the corners or the simple fact that they're chocolate?

Just curious...:)

I just like brownies. Corners, middles, half the tin, doesn't matter to me.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
 
I could care less what part of the brownie is in my bowl.... That being said, a proper brownie MUST and I repeat MUST be topped with a BIG scoop of home made vanilla ice cream.
 
Brownies! I made a big pan of brownies over the weekend, and we just finished them up last night. Mmmmm! I like to infuse them with nuts and chocolate chunks, but I'll take them plain just because they're chocolate!

I dont care for either.Oddly enough, I love sweets, but do not like brownies at all... (Unless they were made with Oregano!)
 
Corners and any with edges. My 41 year old parrot can make a real big mess with any part of the brownie left in the pan or on a plate. He really does a jam up job if ice cream is included.

Brownies, and Blue Birds, and Girl Scouts were my down fall when I was much, much younger. Had them all around me, but my mother would not let me hunt them and catch any and bring them home!

So, I always took my 'catch' to our loft in the hay barn! Sure does bring back memories ...:devil:

BTW, You guys ever behave other than turning pens? and, for you my friend settling your dispute with your better half on the forum can be dangerous. Now, youcut your own allowances for the hobby, if you win. No, Brownieeeeeeeeeeeees for you, or anything else. You msut be newly wed, because if you ask the guys who been married for a long time we always say your right honey, no polls no advise from our buddies on these issues. Good luck settling this one.

Corners are nasty!! Hard and cooked to much. I prefer the middle where its nice and soft and warm. I also prefer them out of the oven with a big scooop of Ben and Jerry's Ice cream!! Oh and NO NUTS!!! M&M's work too..

What about Frosted or Un-Frosted????

There was a time that "her" father was the only scarey prospect.

Believe it or not, cops actually pursued and caught murderers and other REAL "bad guys", not kids in the hayloft!!

But, since he's confessed, why not call Fred in front of a congressional committee, so they can all tell him what a BAD BOY he was, 45 years or so AGO!!!

They didn't do THAT in the sixties either!
 
Corners no doubt about it. I bought #1 the "perfect brownie pan" with the hopes and dreams of a pan full of corner brownies....:frown:.....doesn't live up to hype. And I ate all of them just to make sure.
