It might be fun to meet some fellow turners. Long Beach may be doable depending on day and time.

I am kinda new at turning so expect kit pens not exotic custom models, but I have fun.

I'll add a feature. If someone has an acrylic pen stand in great shape I will set up to take photos of pens at the meeting. Four or five pens per person is easily possible. I can send the photos to the turner via email or transfer to a flash drive. Here are two of my pictures:

I hope someone in the group has one of those acrylic pen display holders (a single). I have shells and blanks I use and a couple of small rocks to prop up the pens.

I'm in Yorba Linda, but I'd be willing to take a drive. Any thoughts about day and time?

How about the 1/26 in the morning - like 9:30 or 10 am? I can take a few pen/? photos for each person that makes it. I have a SMALL setup so if it is much bigger that a pen then I will only say I'll try. Pens - no problem. Also expect something that looks like this.
