That's how the wife and I survived a few years ago. Haven't been that fortunate since. Well on second thought, I've been more fortunate than that.

Would love to be in the above scenerio.

A friend of mine "hunts" with his pick-up. He lives close to Interstate 81 in PA. When he goes home at night he drives past his exit and up to past where I-78 spits off (the cut). He notes where the deer are laying dead along the road. Then later he gets his old clothes on and takes the pick up along the same route. There is always one or two deer that were not there earlier. He only takes ones that aren't messed up, and occasionally he swears they died of fright! One winter he got seven deer this way, and he says he thinks the local game warden has his name on a stamp!
