IAP search HELP

Can any one help please, whenever I use the IAP advanced search, I keep getting the following message displayed.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e31'

Timeout expired

/forum/adv_search.asp, line 545

What am I doing wrong please, or is it my system that is at fault?

Hope you find out because I get the same thing. Sometimes it's a little different.

it is nothing you are doing,

the server, where this forum is located is having some indigestion

if there are other forums on this server, and their traffic is high, then you will experience it, because the server is relocating resources to that traffic

Please don't. It works for me most of the time (just lucky I guess) and when it does it's a nice feature.
