Just a bit of info on the IAP Collection for those who are unfamiliar with its background: Initial Announcement.

And it's display history: Current through 5/23/2019.

And it's next display: 2019 AAW International Symposium - Raleigh, NC, 7/12-13, 2019 (Instant Gallery Showcase; permission has been granted).

I agree. I'm assisting Andi Sullivan with the Turning classes for kids - Pens, etc. As well as the woodturning with Visually Impaired session.

Usually the instant gallery and vendor area are free. At least it was in the past.

Just checked the Symposium website:

For registered attendees, the symposium features classroom-style educational demonstrations and panel discussions led by internationally known woodturners and top woodturning talent. Sessions appeal to a wide variety of skill levels and interest areas.




Additionally, many events are open to the public, including an enormous trade show jam-packed with the newest woodturning products, tool and lathe manufacturers, and supplies; an Instant Gallery and themed exhibitions; as well as benefit auctions and opportunities to support local charities.
