I want to cast a blank!

Okay guys...after some help and direction. Where is the best place to look for the basic instructions on how to cast acrylic blanks? (whether in the forum or elsewhere!)You guys are awesome for answering how to questions once started...but I don't want to inundate you with questions straight off the bat...and I haven't done a cast before but am really interested in trying!

Start in the library. Found at the top of the page links. There is a whole section on casting. Welcome to the IAP!

After that, dig up MesquiteMan's videos...he shows how to mix, color, etc for Alumilite. There are also plans on his website that show a design for a basic mold, a caddy to make it easier to get the mold in/out of the pressure pot, etc....all free. Oh wow!!! Went to the Library...so much wonderful information.

Guess that means that I have to do some reading before I am allowed to cast
