Have any of you had a dream that you went out at ten o'clock last night and used the chain saw on a cedar post that you found. And then went out to the garage after you woke up to find the post you dreamed you had cut the night before.
Not even sure if this thread is making sense right now. But I think I have a problem.

Maybe you addicts can help me out here.

Have a good weekend everybody.

When I was a kid I once dreamed that I and my whole family was in our huge Olds station wagon being chased around town by pink tornadoes.....

You aren't insane......well, yet.

Sounds like you've had a visit from the Wood Fairy...

My wife says I snore. But my "log sawing" is pretty tame by your standard.

All of these posts. We must be a great community. Of course I was joking about the dreaming part. I just couldn't get it off my mind I had to have that post. Probably about 100 years old. I cut it up yesterday into pen blank size pieces and began the stabilizing process. Maybe I'll post when I get one finished.

Post the post here and let us see it. Some may even want to buy some of it?

Naw, you better not do that either. Most of us have way tooooo much wood already. Besides what would you do if the original owner of the post saw the post here and came to your house to get his post back?

Would you then have to un-post your original post and then re-post a post retraction explaining your original post?

Damn, read that really fast two or three times and keep from falling out of your chair.

I don't know if your crazy. But do you plan on selling any of those blanks? I'll meet you in person on cloud nine to pick up a few. Just keep in mind that just because the behavior is incouraged does not mean it is not abnormal.

Just a quick reply to answer all questions. I will think about selling the blanks. I'll probably post the pictures here and see if there is still some interest. Should be ready by tonight. They are a beautiful red tone. They come from my fathers property. It might be interesting to note that this piece of property was a part of the underground railroad at one point. We'll see.
